Yes, that is a toilet paper roll. Damon refuses to play with toys, but he does play with empty toilet paper rolls, bits of fuzz and food on the floor, Sundi's puzzle pieces, his spit-up on the floor, toilet water...yeah, just about everything he can find...except his toys.
A red-letter day! He finally picked up a piece of food and put it to his mouth!

Still can' figure out how to eat around his fingers.

Um, yeah, lollipops and one-year-olds...not the best idea if you ask me, but someone gave it to him and I caved and let him have it. By the time we got home from our walk, there was sticky drool from his mouth down the front of both of us and all over my feet!

Kim, It's so great to see you and the kids on your blog. We miss you terribly and wish for your speedy return. Your piece on Ruth was a real blessing to us. It is obvious that you and the Lord are close friends. It is such a an unspeakable blessing to know that Jeromy chose such a woman of compassion, grace and depth for his life's partner. We love you so much!!!!!! Love, Dad Smith
