He asked for a letter with all the details be faxed to his office:
202-456-7163. I will be faxing a copy of the letter you have just posted today. if you want to fax other stuff now you have the additional fax number. Send it to Mr Bolten's attention.

I just spoke with Jeromy's dad. My heart, prayers, and thoughts are with you. My family misses you both a great deal. I have called Mr. Bolten's office and sent all the emails. I will be saying prayers late tonight for you. We love you and your new family. The pictures of them are beautiful.
